Return Policy & Shipping

Return Policy: Most new, unused items can be returned within ten days for store credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives defective, please reach out to Rural Queen Company immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

NO RETURNS on any Take Two Artistry Collection items. Each item is hand created and up-cycled. Items are not expected or portrayed to be perfect. 

NO returns on used electric irons. This includes pizzelle irons, waffle irons, Belgium irons and electric sandwich toasters. No returns on ANY Rowe Casa Organics products. 

Shipping: Shipping cost is determined at checkout. Purchases will ship within three business days of the order being placed. Items will ship UPS or USPS. Domestic orders over $100 USD ship free. Standard shipping is 5-8 business days and expediate shipping is 3-4 days once shipped.
