How to Care for your Custom Item:
Please be advised that these custom, handcrafted items need a little special care. We advise to keep washing to a minimum, and highly recommend to hand wash in cool water. Do NOT use any detergent or soap that contains phosphates, this will cause yellowing. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not use Synthrapol or SolarFast Wash. Air dry or tumble on low heat. Do not dry in direct sunlight as it can cause fading. Use caution if choosing to iron your prints, as too much heat in one spot can cause an iron mark. If there is fading due to over washing or sun drying, you can rinse the garment in a dilute bath of hydrogen peroxide, as it will typically restore original intensity.

Return Policy: New, unused items can be returned within ten days for store credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives defective, please reach out to Rural Queen Company immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
NO returns on used electric irons. This includes pizzelle irons, waffle irons, Belgium irons and electric sandwich toasters.
Shipping: Shipping cost is determined at checkout. Purchases will ship within three business days of the order being placed. Items will ship UPS or USPS. Domestic orders over $100 USD ship free.
